Delivery & Packaging

At Wuxi Victory New Material Co., Ltd., we use protective packaging and flexible international shipping options to help PVC decorative film rolls and samples arrive safely and efficiently.

Production Lead Time

Production begins after we have received the agreed payment and confirmed all product specifications, colors, designs, quantities and packaging requirements.

Lead times vary according to order quantity, product type and customization requirements. The estimated production time will be stated in our quotation or proforma invoice.

Urgent orders should be discussed with our sales team before payment.

Sample Delivery

Standard samples may be available for product and color evaluation. Availability, sample charges and freight costs will be confirmed before dispatch.

Samples are generally shipped by international courier. Delivery time depends on the destination, customs clearance and carrier service.

Because screen colors may differ from actual materials, customers should approve a physical sample before placing a customized or color-sensitive order.

Standard Packaging

Our standard packaging may include:

• Protective film or moisture-resistant wrapping;

• Strong inner paper tubes or cores;

• Reinforced cartons or woven outer packaging;

• Edge and corner protection where required;

• Pallets or wooden cases for suitable bulk shipments;

• Shipping marks and product labels according to the order.

Packaging methods may be adjusted according to roll dimensions, shipment quantity, destination and transportation method.

Customized labels, cartons, pallet requirements and private-label packaging are available subject to confirmation and possible additional charges.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the order size and delivery schedule, goods may be shipped by:

• International express courier;

• Air freight;

• Sea freight;

• Rail or combined transportation where available.

The final shipping method, freight cost, Incoterms® rule and estimated delivery time will be shown in the quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.

Freight, Duties and Taxes

Responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties and local taxes depends on the agreed delivery terms.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for import permits, destination customs clearance, duties, taxes and other local charges.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier schedules, port congestion, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking details or shipping documents will be provided when available.

Receiving and Inspection

Customers should check the packaging, quantity, labels and visible condition of the goods immediately after delivery.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, please:

1. Record the condition on the carrier’s delivery document;

2. Take clear photographs and videos before opening the package;

3. Keep all packaging materials;

4. Contact us within seven calendar days;

5. Provide the order number, batch information and details of the issue.

Do not cut, laminate, install or process products involved in a claim until the issue has been reviewed.

Storage Recommendations

PVC decorative film should be stored:

• In a clean, dry and well-ventilated indoor area;

• Away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture;

• In its original protective packaging;

• Under suitable temperature and humidity conditions;

• In a manner that prevents crushing, deformation and surface damage.

Customers are responsible for following the storage and processing instructions provided for the applicable product.
